This is a personal website for Jonathan Kamm and Lynae Kamm. It originally started when we became engaged in 2006, as a way for Lynae's friends and family back East to follow with the whirlwind of throwing a wedding together in one month. (We got engaged at the end of March, Jonathan auxiliary pioneered in April, and at the beginning of May we decided to get married on May 29th, Memorial Day). Then, of course, we posted pictures of the wedding, and found that having photos on the web was incredibly convenient (Jonathan's co-workers in Phoenix: "Oh, you got married? What does she look like?" "Well, just go to www.coloradoexplorers.com and you can see!").
Since then it has evolved into a personal travelogue, a place where we keep a selection of photos of our trips. It's wonderful to be able to take a break in the middle of the day at work and just flip through pictures of a recent vacation! Lynae also uses it as an outlet for her writing, and has (rather sporadically) joined the community of bloggers on the web. Highly unlikely to ever win a Webby, it's pretty much just a diary of what they've been up to lately, and what living at 8300' elevation in the Rocky Mountains has been like - generally the sorts of things that friends and family would be interested in. If you're just a random visitor who has stumbled upon this site, perhaps it might help you to fall asleep tonight!
